The Establishment Phase
Founded in 2017, Namaa Al Assoul Accounting Consultancy has been diligently working to provide high-quality accounting and tax services that cater to the needs of companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We take great pride in our license from the Ministry of Commerce and our accreditation as providers of Zakat and tax services. We were present when the value-added tax (VAT) was introduced, and we worked to prepare companies for the VAT and establish the appropriate work methodology for them.

We have been accredited as certified trainers in Value Added Tax (VAT) by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. -

We have earned accreditation from the ODOO system as providers of accounting services and accounting experts. -
SOCPA
We have become licensed providers of accounting services, accredited by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants.
Expansion and Reach
Namma Al-Osool Accounting Consultancy started operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and expanded to cover the rest of the Western region in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, and the rest of the Kingdom's cities. It has also entered into strategic partnerships and alliances with several accounting firms across various Arab countries, such as Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since its inception, Namma Al-Osool has sought to be a leading, comprehensive, and rapidly evolving reference, with a highly qualified team that possesses a strong culture, diverse legal background, and extensive experience in all aspects of accounting, taxation, and Zakat within the Kingdom.
